📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
You received the wrong item
Note: Returns are not accepted for products ordered in bulk, custom sizes, or if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
⏰ Return Request Timeline
You must initiate a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by:

Providing your Order ID and photo/video proof of the issue
🚚 Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available), or guide you on how to return the product.
Products must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging materials.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
A genuine issue is reported and verified
The product is returned successfully and approved by our team
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom printed or made-to-order packaging
Used, damaged by customer, or opened products
Bulk or wholesale orders unless defective
📍Important Notes
Return shipping is free if the error is on our part.
We reserve the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on evidence and inspection.
No refunds will be processed without prior communication and approval.
